The “Team” includes Todd Bennett and Richard Obernesser, both highly respected names in the residential development community. Each has been recognized with major industry awards including national Gold Nugget Awards for building excellence, Builder of the Year (twice), over 100 industry wide MAME Awards, JD Power Service awards and numerous Built Green recognitions, (including the coveted Built Green Hammer and Pioneer Awards). Todd R. Bennett

Leader – Investment

Todd Bennett is President of BDR Capital Partners LLC, a BDR company that specializes in acquisition, development and management of investment properties. Mr. Bennett manages the formation of independent LLC’s to acquire real estate investment projects. Value is added to each project through a combination of development improvements and management efficiencies.

Richard J. Obernesser

Leader – Homes

Richard Obernesser is President of BDR Holdings LLC, a BDR Company experienced in developing housing for sale to the general public. Mr. Obernesser is responsible for overall planning and execution of the BDR Homes Group. Activities include managing the company’s home design, home construction, marketing, home sales and home warranty activities. Mr. Obernesser’s primary goal is to provide the best possible housing choices based on utilizing outstanding professional and ethical standards.

Patricia Walker

Executive Assistant

Patricia Walker is the Executive Assistant for the BDR family of Companies. In her role as Executive Assistant, Ms. Walker provides administrative support to the Company’s Executives, including financial and accounting management, meeting coordination and assistance with property management functions. Ms. Walker has a broad base of skills and experiences that allow her to manage new and special projects on an as needed basis by the Executive team.

James Dwyer

Leader – Architecture

James Dwyer is Vice President of Architecture for the BDR family of Companies. Mr. Dwyer manages the process of designing homes for speculative construction, custom home construction and homes built in resort communities. Once homes are designed, Mr. Dwyer coordinates the process of completing working drawings for each home and manages the process of submitting homes for building permit. In addition, Mr. Dwyer is responsible for completing new plans for the BDR Companies extensive plans library, incorporating the latest in design concepts.

Andrew Miller

Leader – Income & Urban Properties

Mr. Miller is responsible for the planning, design, and construction of mixed-use, urban in-fill properties. Bringing valuable land development experience to the BDR team, Mr. Miller has a strong background in many forms of residential product types, with a forte for mid-rise and high-rise projects. He is also responsible for negotiating with jurisdictions to identify opportunities and processes for development projects that benefit the community and all parties involved. Mr. Miller also develops comprehensive teams of consultants to design, entitle, and permit income- producing properties.

Scott M. Bennett

Leader – Custom & Renewal

Scott Bennett is President of BDR Custom Homes LLC, a company that provides unparalleled luxury custom home services through decades of experience. Mr. Bennett is primarily responsible for maintaining client relationships and obtaining new work. In addition, Mr. Bennett has extensive experience in the preparation of CAD architectural plans which often times allow him to provide useful value engineering solutions during the preconstruction period. Mr. Bennett oversees each project from initial bidding and estimating through project completion.

Wes Colin

Vice President of Construction Services

Wes Colin is responsible for coordinating purchasing activities for all products that comprise the BDR Family of Companies. Mr. Colin works early on with each BDR project providing important value engineering solutions. Mr. Colin maintains relationships with existing trade partners and also reviews and approves new trade partners. Mr. Colin prepares detailed professional information for bidding purposes and manages the evaluation of bids provided by trade partners. Overall, Mr. Colin has primary responsibility to assure the BDR Companies obtain the best possible products and services at the best value.

Pete Caro

Vice President of Construction Practices

Pete Caro is responsible for coordinating construction activities for homes that comprise the BDR family of Companies. Mr. Caro provides production leadership to ensure timely and efficient construction schedules for all homes in the BDR portfolio. Mr. Caro works closely with the construction management team, providing individual mentoring and training, while identifying and addressing areas for growth and improvement. Mr. Caro’s extensive experience and personal approach to construction management creates a highly successful, efficient, and rewarding team environment.

William Collins

Estimating Manager – BDR Companies

William Collins is the Estimating Manager for BDR Companies. Mr. Collins responsibilities include preparing and coordinating complete cost estimates for all phases of construction. He also generates comprehensive unit cost take-off’s for pricing comps. Additionally, Mr. Collins generates purchase order requisitions for all projects, working closely with the Purchasing Coordinator.

Kenneth Dinh

Purchasing Coordinator – BDR Companies

Kenneth Dinh is the purchasing Coordinator for the BDR Family of Companies. Mr. Dinh oversees the purchase order management for the day-to-day operations of the company. Additionally, he also manages trade partner subcontractor agreements and COI’s for the BDR Family of Companies.

Kai Jordan

Office Manager

Kai Jordan is the Office Manager for the BDR family of companies. She provides support to all BDR departments and staff. Activities include greeting visitors, performing a wide variety of assigned projects, maintaining office equipment and communications devices, in-house printing, and much more. Her background in customer relations, graphic arts, and administration all add value to her role at BDR.

Stephanie Stetler

Community Manager – West Bellevue

Stephanie Stetler manages all aspects of the BDR Fine Homes sales offices, which are located in the newly completed luxury homes. Her responsibilities are to be an on-site presence at the sales offices on a daily basis, informing agents and prospective clients regarding the special features and specifications of the model home, additional Fine Homes currently for sale, and upcoming projects currently under construction. Additionally, she also handles special promotions and the planning and implementation of Grand-Opening and Brokers Open events.

Jane Corcoran

Community Manager – Seattle

Jane Corcoran is the Community Manager for BDR Homes expanding Seattle division. Through her on-site presence at BDR Seattle model homes, she provides excellent customer service by informing visitors and customers about BDR’s exceptional quality, building processes, and upcoming homes currently under construction. Ms. Corcoran actively collaborates with listing agents to ensure success with each listing. She also contributes to BDR’s social media presence and campaigns relating to BDR Seattle projects. Additionally, Ms. Corcoran manages Grand-Opening and local community events within the Seattle community.

Shelby Scott

Community Manager – Eastside

Shelby Scott is the Eastside Community Manager for BDR Homes expanding Eastside division. She provides excellent customer service through her on-site presence at BDR Homes Eastside model homes, informing visitors and customers about BDR’s exceptional quality, building processes, and upcoming homes currently under construction. She actively works alongside listing agents to ensure success with each listing and actively contributes to BDR’s social media presence and campaigns. Additionally, she also handles the planning and implementation of Grand-Opening and local community events within the Eastside community.

Keenan T. Bennett

Community Manager – Capitol Hill & Redmond

Keenan Bennett is the Community Manager for BDR Homes Capitol Hill Townhomes & Redmond projects. His responsibilities are to be a knowledgable on-site representative at BDR model homes and to work with prospective buyers in collaboration with listing agents. He provides excellent customer service by informing visitors and customers about BDR’s award winning quality, building processes, upcoming projects currently under construction, and more. Mr. Bennett actively works with listing agents to ensure success with each listing and also contributes to the planning and implementing of Grand Opening events pertaining to the communities he manages.

Michelle Shur

Leader – Design

Michelle Shur is the Design Leader for the BDR Family of Companies. Ms. Shur oversees the process of home design and product selections for each BDR project. Working with each home client on a one-on-one basis, Ms. Shur specializes in personalizing each home to a client’s unique specifications. This process often includes initial in-home consultation to better understand a client’s specific lifestyle and special requirements. Ms. Shur assists each client as needed throughout the entire building process with the goal of completing a truly special home.

Kieleann Cordon

Interior Designer & Project Coordinator

Kieleann Cordon is an Interior Designer and Project Coordinator for BDR Homes. In her role, Ms. Cordon contributes to the process of home design and product and material selections for a variety of BDR projects. She works with clients on a one-on-one basis, specializing in personalizing a client’s home to their exact specifications. From the initial product and material selections, to collaborating with vendors and site managers, she assists clients throughout the entire building process to ensure that the final product is exactly what the client envisioned for their dream home. She also contributes to the collaborative preliminary design process for new construction single family luxury homes and townhomes.

Alicia Nelson

Interior Designer & Project Coordinator – Custom & Renewal

Alicia Nelson is an Interior Designer and Project Coordinator for BDR Custom Homes and BDR Renewal. In her role, Ms. Nelson contributes to the process of home design and product selections for a variety custom and remodel projects. She is involved in all stages of the home design and remodel process, from initial product and material selection, to overseeing installation. Throughout the design process, Ms. Nelson assists each client as needed, from initial product selection to the final walk-through, to ensure that the end result is exactly what the client envisioned for their home or remodel.

Michael Waters

Project Manager – Fine Homes

Mr. Waters is responsible for managing all field activities for BDR Companies high end home building company, BDR Fine Homes LLC. Mr. Waters manages the field aspect of client relationships, as well as all aspects of on-site field operations. Mr. Waters is involved in the selection of trade partners for each project, manages detailed project scheduling, and quality control processes.

William Fort

Project Manager – Homes

William Fort is responsible for managing all field activities for BDR Homes. Mr. Fort manages the field aspect of the client relationship as well as all aspects of on-site field operations. Mr. Fort is involved in the selection of trade partners for each project and also manages detailed project scheduling and quality control processes.

Shawn Ross

Project Manager – Homes

Shawn Ross is a Project Manager for a variety of BDR Homes projects. Mr. Ross is responsible for managing all field activities for projects that he oversees, including managing client relationships as well as all aspects of on-site field operations. Mr. Ross is also involved in the selection of trade partners for each project and manages detailed project scheduling and quality control processes for BDR Homes projects.

Jennifer Geyer

Accounting Manager – BDR Fine Homes

Jennifer Geyer is the accounting manager for BDR Fine Homes. Ms. Geyer oversees all accounting and financial reporting, as well as manages all related activities for the Fine Homes company.

Kristyn McKinnon

Accounting Manager – BDR Homes

Kristyn McKinnon is the accounting manager for BDR Homes. She oversees all accounting and financial reporting, as well as manages all related activities for the BDR Homes company.

Arina Rybakova

Staff Accountant – BDR Fine Homes

Arina Rybakova is the staff accountant for BDR Fine Homes. Ms. Rybakova performs a variety of accounting functions and is responsible for accounts payable for the Fine Homes group. Ms. Rybakova also provides additional administrative and accounting support to the BDR Family of companies.

Brandon Heiser

Leader – Marketing

Mr. Heiser is responsible for managing all marketing efforts for the BDR Family of Companies. Overseeing online marketing; including web-site design, e-mail newsletters, social media, and listing advertisements. Mr. Heiser is also responsible for graphic design and print-advertising. Also specializing in video marketing and professional photography, Mr. Heiser ensures that the BDR Family of Companies showcases the most innovative and engaging marketing in the local industry.
