Financial Manager

We are looking for a self-starting professional to direct financing strategies, manage and establish new equity and lending relationships, as well as support the President in business decisions. This newly developed positions main focus initially will be managing current equity and debt sources and seeking out new debt and equity sources for real estate projects.

This position will involve preparing capital raise investor documents, coordinating and managing preparation of quarterly reports to investors, communicating with existing lenders, expanding the number of active lenders, and more.

Experience:

2+ years banking and/or finance experience, 3+ years of accounting and financial planning experience. MBA & CPA a plus.

Construction Department - Field Leader

We are looking for a self-starting professional individual to manage all field aspects of certain home building projects. This position will involve managing subcontractors and suppliers and coordinating all activities involved in accomplishing an efficient build process. In addition, this position will have primary responsibility to manage the company’s quality control process. This position requires an excellent knowledge of the home building process and excellent organizational skills.

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry is preferred.

Land Department - Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a self-starting professional individual to manage all aspects of land acquisition for BDR Holdings projects. This position requires excellent knowledge of the local real estate market, both geographically and of the local thriving communities. This position requires excellent communication skills and a high-level of organization.

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years related experience is preferred.
